Our Story
Nurturing Minds CDC is a child development center dedicated to the growth and wellness of all children. As a participant of the Quality First Program and currently a 4-star rating, we strongly believe in improving the quality care of education. We are committed in facilitating an environment with the proper tools and educators needed to strengthen children's social-emotional developments. Some of the best language development skills are led by children engaging through play and this is a key concept in language development.
Our focus is to encourage healthy growth at an individualized pace. We leave no children behind. We encourage children to be unique, develop a sense identity that stands tall, proud and brave. Children are to be heard and our program will help them to verbally express themselves as individuals. With our behavioral coaching, in-house speech therapist, unique curriculum and well educated team your child will be able to excel with confidence.
Health & Safety
Health and safety here at NMCDC is our priority for your children. We are licensed by the Pima County Health Department and Arizona Department of Health Services. Committed to ensuring all health, safety and licensing guidelines are being met our facility now has a licensed health consultant to assist in all updated and mandatory regulations. Our staff are highly trained and are continuously seeking resources to implement health policies and education trainings.
Mission Statement
At Nurturing Minds CDC, our mission consists of providing a safe, warm and nurturing environment where children grow through play. Our unique Early Childhood Education Center offers various activities that are specifically designed to encourage each child’s growth. Through cooperative play, creative play, and sensory activities, kids reach their social, emotional, and physical milestones naturally and with ease.
