Nurturing Minds CDC is contracted with DES, Tohono O'odham, & First Things First and Quality First. Limited scholarships may be available for ages 3 to 5 years of age. Discounted rates are also available for Military Families, Educators, Multifamily, City of Tucson Employees, and First Responders.
